Front Office Coordinator

Seeking Director of First Impressions 

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Director of First Impressions to join one of Canada’s top advertising agencies. You’ll set the tone as the first voice our clients and visitors hear and the first face they’ll see, all while keeping the office running like clockwork.

Your day will include welcoming clients, visitors, and team members; managing calls and emails; coordinating meetings, supporting office operations; and providing administrative support to the team. You’ll juggle multiple tasks with efficiency and ease, solve problems on the fly, and take pride in the details that make a great workplace feel effortless.

We’re looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Above all, you’re eager to learn, not afraid to take initiative, and have a genuine interest in supporting a team.
