Target Wins in Brand Building Category at the 2018 Canadian Marketing Association Awards

The recent ‘Symphony of Sound’ campaign created for Newfoundland and Labrador Tourism won big at the 2018 Canadian Marketing Association awards.

Approximately 1,200 top Canadian marketers attended this year’s awards ceremony in Toronto. The campaign beat out strong competitors from across the country to take home Silver in the category of Brand Building.

Newfoundland and Labrador is one of those places where you not only hear, but see things differently. This year’s campaign focused on communicating a feeling about this place, by encouraging travellers to discover their very own melody in Newfoundland and Labrador.

The ‘Symphony of Sound’ campaign received a standing ovation from its audience, and has been awarded numerous noteworthy prizes in 2018, including a Marketing Craft Award, and Best of Show at the ICE Awards.
