We’re looking for a friendly and organized Administrative Receptionist to join one of Canada’s top creative agencies. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you’ll provide a professional and welcoming experience while handling key administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll manage calls and emails, coordinate meetings, assist with office management, and provide administrative support to our team. We’re looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
